- You are a permissible donor under UK electoral law (e.g., an individual registered on a UK electoral register, a UK-registered company, or a UK-registered trade union)
- The donation is from your own funds and is not being made on behalf of another person or organisation
- You understand that donations over £7,500 to the central party are reported to the Electoral Commission
- You understand that anonymous donations over £500 cannot be accepted
5. Membership
By applying for membership of GB Freedom Party, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
- You must be aged 16 or over
- You must be eligible to be a member of a UK political party under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA) — generally, you must be a UK citizen, a registered UK elector, or an EU citizen resident in the UK
- You must not be a member of another political party that is not in a formal alliance with GB Freedom Party
- You must agree to abide by the party constitution
Membership Levels and Fees
- Standard Membership: £15 per year
- Gold Membership: £50 per year
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change membership fees with reasonable notice to existing members. Any fee changes will take effect at your next renewal date.
Recurring Payments
Membership subscriptions are set up as recurring annual payments processed by Stripe. Your payment method will be charged automatically on each anniversary of your joining date unless you cancel before that date. You can cancel your recurring payment at any time through your member account page or by contacting us at contact@gbfreedomparty.co.uk.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid membership period — you will retain access to member benefits until that date. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of your membership year. To cancel, use the cancellation option in your member account or contact us.
PPERA Declaration
When joining, you are required to confirm that you are eligible to be a member of a UK political party under PPERA. Providing a false declaration is a serious matter and may result in your membership being terminated.
6. Member Accounts
When you join GB Freedom Party, a member account is created for you on our website. You are responsible for:

- Notifying us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate member accounts that violate these terms or the party constitution.
